What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and Google Pay for a fast and secure checkout experience.


How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically packed within 3–4 business days.

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 4–8 business days, depending on location and carrier transit times.

You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.


Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States.


What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items.

Most orders include a pre-printed return label and return form inside the package — simply complete the form and send your item back using the label provided.

Approved returns are issued as store credit.

Items marked FINAL SALE or LAST CHANCE are not eligible for return.


Do you offer exchanges?

Yes — we offer FREE exchanges on eligible items.

To exchange, simply note your requested size or color on the return form included with your order and send the item back using the provided label.

If you no longer have your return label, you may submit a return request through our website or contact our team for assistance.

Exchanges are limited to the same item in a different size or color and one exchange per item.


What if something doesn’t fit?

We always recommend checking the size guide on each product page.

If the fit isn’t right, exchanges are the fastest way to get the size you need.


Are your items true to size?

Most pieces run true to size unless otherwise noted in the product description.
We include detailed fit notes on each listing to help you choose confidently.


When will sold-out items restock?

Some styles are limited and may not restock.
Follow us on Instagram or sign up for restock notifications directly on the product page to stay updated.


Can I cancel or edit my order?

Because orders move quickly through our fulfillment process, we’re unable to guarantee changes once an order is placed.

If you need assistance, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.


Do you offer price adjustments?

We do not offer price adjustments on past purchases.


Do you sell gift cards?

Yes — digital gift cards are available on our website and delivered instantly via email.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Shoes must be in their original shoe boxes. Please include your packing slip with the item you are returning.Please note that shipping fees both ways are non-refundable by USPS and therefore will not be included in the refund. Intimates (Bras, Bralettes, Bramis), Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Bags, Face Coverings

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address associated with your order. Your order status will appear "Unfulfilled" until it has shipped. Once shipped, you will receive an email that will include the tracking number for your package.  

Due to the high volume of orders, we ask that you please allow us 3-5 days to process your order. Estimated shipping times are dependent on shipping services provided by USPS and are as follows: 

Standard U.S. Shipping Time: 3-5 Business Days

Priority U.S. Shipping Time: 1-3 Business Days

If you decide to Preorder an item on our website, please note the following:

The Estimated Shipping Dates are ESTIMATED ONLY and are not guaranteed as deliveries are subject to delays. We ask to keep at least one month of buffer time to receive your Preorder. Payment is charged immediately at checkout. If at any time you would like to cancel your Preorder for a full refund to method of payment, please do so prior to shipment. If you are ordering a Preorder item with an In-Stock item, the items will ship separately and you will not be charged for additional shipping.

Please note that we only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, and only allow 1 exchange per item.

If you would like to exchange an item, please visit our Return Page. Once filling out your order number and email address, select the item that you would like to exchange. Please note on your packing slip which item you would like to exchange and the size you would like to receive.

Please allow 7-14 business days for your exchange to be processed and shipped.
