Returns and Exchanges
Your return is already set up — no online request is needed for returns.
Every order includes a prepaid return label and return form.
Just fill it out, attach the label, and send it back.
Returning for Store Credit
(No online steps needed)
We offer store credit only within 30 days of delivery.
To return:
Fill out the return form
Place it in your package
Attach the prepaid label
Drop it in the mail
That’s it — no portal required.
Exchanges (Recommended: Reserve Your Size Online)
Need a different size? We’ve got you.
To make sure your new size doesn’t sell out while your return is in transit, you can submit your exchange request online so we can reserve it for you.
For exchanges, you have two options:
Option 1 (Recommended):
Submit your exchange request through your account to reserve your size, then send your item back using the prepaid label.
Option 2:
Write your new size on the return form and mail it back as usual.
(Your exchange will be processed once we receive it — availability not guaranteed.)
If your requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
International Returns
We currently do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders.
To return your item, please ship it back using your preferred carrier and include tracking.

Once your return is received and approved, your store credit will be issued by email.
Important Policy Notice
We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.
All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Any disputes filed in violation of this policy will be formally contested.
