Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and Google Pay.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Packing and shipping of ground orders typically require 3-4 business days. After being shipped, ground shipments can reach destinations within California in as little as 4-5 business days, while locations on the East Coast may take up to 5-10 business days.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Currently, we offer shipping exclusively within the United States. 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 30-day return for store credit only on all items, except for items marked as "FINAL SALE" and "LAST CHANCE." To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?

A: We offer FREE Exchanges! If you would like to exchange an item, please visit our Return Center where you will fill out your Email Address and Order Number. Follow the instructions and note what size you wish to exchange your item for.

We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color and only allow 1 exchange per item.

Q: What is your sizing chart?

A: Our sizing chart can be found on each product page under the "Size Guide" section. Please refer to this chart when choosing your size to ensure the best fit.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make modifications. However, we are more than happy to help you with a return once you have received your order if needed.

Q: Do you offer gift cards?

A: Yes, we offer e-gift cards that can be purchased on our website. Gift cards are delivered via email and can be used for any purchase on our site.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Shoes must be in their original shoe boxes. Please include your packing slip with the item you are returning.Please note that shipping fees both ways are non-refundable by USPS and therefore will not be included in the refund. Intimates (Bras, Bralettes, Bramis), Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Bags, Face Coverings

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address associated with your order. Your order status will appear "Unfulfilled" until it has shipped. Once shipped, you will receive an email that will include the tracking number for your package.  

Due to the high volume of orders, we ask that you please allow us 3-5 days to process your order. Estimated shipping times are dependent on shipping services provided by USPS and are as follows: 

Standard U.S. Shipping Time: 3-5 Business Days

Priority U.S. Shipping Time: 1-3 Business Days

If you decide to Preorder an item on our website, please note the following:

The Estimated Shipping Dates are ESTIMATED ONLY and are not guaranteed as deliveries are subject to delays. We ask to keep at least one month of buffer time to receive your Preorder. Payment is charged immediately at checkout. If at any time you would like to cancel your Preorder for a full refund to method of payment, please do so prior to shipment. If you are ordering a Preorder item with an In-Stock item, the items will ship separately and you will not be charged for additional shipping.

Please note that we only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, and only allow 1 exchange per item.

If you would like to exchange an item, please visit our Return Page. Once filling out your order number and email address, select the item that you would like to exchange. Please note on your packing slip which item you would like to exchange and the size you would like to receive.

Please allow 7-14 business days for your exchange to be processed and shipped.
