How do I return an item?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are deducted from store credit
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
Please note that we do not accept returns on the items listed below:
Intimates (bras, bralettes, bramis)
Accessories (jewelry, hats, scarves, bags, face coverings)
Free gifts or promotional items
How do I exchange an item?
Please note that we only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, and only allow 1 exchange per item
If you would like to exchange an item, please note on your packing slip which item you would like to exchange and the size you would like to receive
Please allow 7-14 business days for your exchange to be processed and shipped
How soon will I get my store credit?
- Please allow 7-14 days for your return and store credit to be processed.
- An emailed E-Gift Card will be instantly delivered after your return has been accepted. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. This does not include the shipping charge paid on the order and return shipping costs are deducted from the store credit.
