30-Day Window
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange eligible items.
Easy Returns
We like to keep things super simple. Eligible orders include a pre-printed return label and return form inside your package. Just complete the form and send your item back using the label provided. Lost your slip? No stress! The quickest way to get a new one is through the chatbox on our website, or you can email customercare@lithologieco.com.
Exchanges
Need to swap for a different size? We offer free U.S. exchanges on eligible items.
Returns for Store Credit
Once we process your package, approved returns are issued as store credit sent to your email. Please note that refunds are not offered.
Eligibility
To be accepted, items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and clearance reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Accessories (jewelry, hats, scarves, handbags)
- Makeup
- Sale items
- Items marked FINAL SALE
